The International Conference on Automated Software Engineering (ASE) brings together researchers and practitioners to share ideas on the foundations, techniques, tools, and applications of automated software engineering. The 19th IEEE International Conference on Automated Software Engineering (ASE 2004) was held from September 20-24 at Johannes Kepler University Linz, Austria. More than 230 delegates from over 30 countries attended the ASE 2004 program covering technical papers, keynotes, tutorials, workshops, tool demonstrations, a doctoral symposium, and social events.

The ASE 04 proceedings (published by the IEEE CS) and the ASE workshop proceedings (published by the Austrian Computer Society) are available at the Online Bookshop of the Austrian Computer Society.

All original material for ASE 2004 remains on this website, but it is no longer maintained, so some addresses and links may be out of date. If you have any questions about ASE 2004, please contact the ASE 2004 General Chair.
