  • Main Conference fees include electronic proceedings, attendance to all main conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunches, participation to the reception and banquet, and a participant bag.

  • Tutorials and workshops may be canceled if less than 5 and 10 participants, respectively, have registered by the early registration deadline.
  • Student fees exclude the proceedings and banquet.
  • Additional banquet tickets can be purchased separately.
  • Early registration fees apply only when registration is completed by or on 15th July 2012 and valid payment is received.

Conditions

  • The registration of participation is binding.
  • Cancellations (full or partial) must be submitted in writing via post or fax (+49 201 183 4698). In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
  • Instead of canceling, you may transfer your registration to someone else by giving him or her a written authorization that is presented on-site.
  • The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
  • Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
  • The organizers reserve the right to modify the program in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
