===== Visa Support Letters =====

In accordance with [[http://www.ieee.org/documents/visa_request_process.pdf|IEEE’s guidelines]], visa support letters will only only be issued to:

  * People the committee knows,
  * Speakers/Presenters,
  * Committee members,
  * Attendees who have paid their registration fee in full.  

Visa letters will be delivered by fax and state only the facts:

  * the conference title, dates and location,
  * whether the requester has paid the required registration fee in full,
  * whether the requester is either a committee member, speaker or presenter.

If you need a visa support letter, please send your request by e-mail to the [[Charles.Pecheur@uclouvain.be?subject=ASE2010 Visa support letter|ASE 2010 General Chair]] and mention:

  * your **name** and **e-mail** address,
  * you IEEE and/or ACM Member Number, if applicable,
  * whether you are a presenter, speaker or committee member for this conference,
  * whether you have paid registration fees in full,
  * a **fax number** to which the letter will be sent.
