These special rates will apply at least three (3) days prior to and
three (3) days after the Meeting dates based on availability to
accommodate those who wish to extend their visits.
A limited number of government rate rooms are available.
Reservations
All reservations will be made by individuals by telephone
(+1-619-424-4000 or 800-81-LOEWS).
Attendees must reference ASE when making reservations.
The reservation cut-off date will be Friday, 2 November 2001 at 5:00
p.m. Pacific time.
Reservations received after this date will be accepted by the Hotel
on a space available basis at the conference rates. Modifications made to existing reservations after this date will be treated as advance reservations.
